The Factory Office Center building, with a total area approaching 10,000 m2, represents a combination of modern office space and respect for the traditional industrial buildings of Smíchov.

The complex is located directly opposite the Smíchov railway station, i.e. in an actively developing location, and thanks to its connection to the City Ring Road and urban and suburban transport options, it represents a major Prague transport hub, through which more than 90,000 people travel daily.
