OC Laugaricio is a major shopping centre with more than 130 retail units located in a popular part of the Trenčín-Belá region with a catchment area of more than 247,000 inhabitants.
The shopping centre was built in 2009 by Mint and subsequently sold in 2016. Laugaricio achieved 99 % long-term occupancy at the time of sale and was the best performing shopping centre in the region. Another advantage is the building permit issued for an additional 20,000 lettable spaces.
