Factory Office Center presents a new Burger King restaurant!

The beginning of 2024 brings great news!

Thanks to the exceptional efforts of Lukáš Schirl, Michal Kubista, and Vlastimil Rutner, we have signed a ten-year contract with the operators of Burger King at the Factory Office Center. This partnership means the opening of a new branch in the third quarter of this year.

We look forward to how this fast-food chain will invigorate the dynamics of the Factory Office Center and bring new opportunities for our tenants and visitors.
