We are extending the lease agreement with Cofidis at Coral Office Park

We are pleased to announce that we have extended the lease agreement with Cofidis for an additional 7.5 years. This leading financial institution is renting a total of 2,400 m² of office space in our Coral Office Park, which demonstrates their satisfaction with our complex.

The lease extension with Cofidis confirms the trust that this renowned financial company has in us. Collaborating with such a significant market player motivates us to continually improve our services and facilities. We believe we will continue to provide an environment that supports the growth and development of our tenants.
